Terms of Use

Bring Buy Get is an errand app for iPhone and iPad. It is a Zobot application — a product of Zobot LLC (“we”, “us”). By using the app you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.

1. The app

Bring Buy Get helps you file errands by place and reminds you about them when you arrive or leave. It is offered for personal and household use. It is a memory aid, not a system of record: don’t rely on it as your only copy of anything critical, and don’t interact with it while driving.

2. Apple’s license

The app is distributed through Apple’s App Store, and your license to use it is Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. For anything these terms don’t cover about the App Store relationship, that agreement controls. Apple is not responsible for the app and has no obligation to provide support for it.

3. Your content

Your content is yours. The places, errands, photos, and notes you put in the app are stored on your devices and in your own iCloud — see the privacy policy. We claim no rights over any of it, and we could not access it if we tried, because we operate no servers for the app. Sync and household sharing depend on your Apple Account and iCloud, which are governed by Apple’s own terms; if iCloud is unavailable or you sign out of it, sync stops until it’s back.

4. Store links and referrals

Product links you save or share into the app belong to the stores they point to. Opening one may carry a referral tag that can earn us a commission at no cost to you. The stores are not ours: any purchase is between you and the retailer, on the retailer’s terms, and we are not a party to it.

5. Acceptable use

Use the app lawfully and don’t attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer beyond what the law permits, or misuse it — including using the sharing features to store or distribute content you have no right to.

6. As-is

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Location sensing in particular is best-effort: geofences depend on your device, its settings, and iOS, and a reminder can be late or missed. Don’t let the app be the only thing standing between you and a consequence that matters.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zobot LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or affects consumer rights you hold under the law of your place of residence.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable where Zobot LLC is organized, except where the law of your place of residence necessarily applies and cannot be contracted away.

9. Changes

If these terms change materially, this page will say so and the effective date above will move. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.

10. Contact

Support requests reach us through the app’s App Store product page (the Support link there). This page will gain a direct contact address when the app’s support email is set up.
